  • Bookings

    Create, change, cancel — options with a deadline, passengers with baggage and notes, services and prices. The whole file on one page, documents and payment status beside it.

  • CRS import

    More than twenty channels are recognised from the text alone, from Sabre to AERTICKET. Record locator, airline, passengers, flights and fares are read out and carried over — original text on the left, result on the right.

  • Passengers & lists

    Passenger, flight and hotel lists for any period, with baggage and a note per person. On screen, as a PDF or as a table for further use.

  • Calendar

    Appointments, follow-ups, option deadlines and check-in in one month view — with a reminder in the corner. Colleagues’ absences right alongside.

  • Settlement

    Open items, dunning, accounts and account sheets; agency and supplier settlements with remittance advice. Handover to bookkeeping including the GoBD export.

  • Bank import

    Import the bank statement as CAMT, MT940 or CSV. Payments are matched to bookings and posted with one click.

  • Documents

    Invoice, confirmation, cancellation and credit note as PDF — with the letterhead, tax number and bank details of the branch. Plus the electronic invoice to EN 16931 and dispatch by e-mail.

  • Digital trip page

    One link for the customer: travel dates, flights, hotels, travellers and payment status — no account needed, protected by booking number and surname. With a GiroCode to pay.

  • Statistics

    Turnover by month, agency and type of travel, with last year beside it. The figures come from the same data as the bookkeeping — which is why they match.

  • Ventus chat

    Message colleagues like in WhatsApp — one-to-one or in groups, with a booking attached. The status shows who is around.

  • Branches

    Multi-branch from the ground up: head office staff see the bookings of every branch, everyone else only their own. Letterhead, tax number, bank details and document language belong to the branch.
